Sunday: run 8 miles
Monday: Cycle Class
Tuesday: Day Off
Wednesday: run 4 miles, Yoga Class
Thursday: run 3 miles, Zumba Class
Friday - Saturday: NOTHING
I really dropped the ball Friday and Saturday. It has been so rainy and so cold here all weekend that I have just felt like doing NOTHING. It has definitely been one of those weekends that you put on your PJs and cuddle up in bed with a big cup of coffee and a good book (which is basically all I did this weekend). So today, after church this morning and a good two hour nap during the Bears/Saints game, I got my lazy butt up and got in my long run this weekend. Truthfully, one of the only things that got my moving was the fact that my running buddy Kathryn got in her long run, so I knew I had to get mine in to keep up with her. And although it wasn't the easiest 9 miler, I ended up with better splits than I thought.
Map

I lived though this weeks long run, but next week I have 10 miles and getting into double digits is when it starts getting harder. I am going to try so hard this week to stay on track and will try to hold myself accountable by using this blog. So my workout schedule for this week is:
Sunday: run 9 miles
Monday: Cycle Class
Tuesday: run 4 miles and Zumba Class
Wednesday: run 5 miles and Yoga Class
Thursday: run 4 miles and Zumba Class
Friday: Day Off
Saturday: Body Rock WOD
Sunday: 10 miles
I know you could probably care less about my training schedule, but I have always found that with ANYTHING I am more accountable when I write it down. So we'll see how I keep up!
